Sanjay Lavakare transitioned from a career in Bengaluru's IT industry to pursue his true passion for art. After working in IT for 16 years, he decided to focus on painting full-time instead of taking a sabbatical offered by his company. Sanjay has been a regular participant at the Chithra Santhe event and showcased his latest artwork capturing the essence of Koramangala. Collaborating with his old neighbors from L Street, Koramangala, Ashish and Ritu, they identified unique elements specific to the neighborhood. While some elements in his painting are easily recognizable, others require a bit of interpretation.
